Important Dates

These dates come directly from the current show timeline information and should be the first things exhibitors and visitors check.

Mon 28 Sep – Fri 2 Oct
Show office open @ showgrounds, 10am–2pm
Visit the show office during these hours for enquiries, family ticket pre-purchases and general form collection.
Wed 30 Sep
Pavilion entry forms & fees close
Entry forms and fees for pavilion exhibits must be lodged by Wednesday.
Fri 2 Oct
Pavilion exhibits due by 12 noon
Exhibits must be delivered by noon. See pavilion additional rules on page 9 of the schedule.
Sat 3 Oct
Show day at Nathalia Recreation Reserve
Competitors can enter from 7am, public gates open at 9am and events run across the grounds all day.
Sun 4 Oct
Pavilion collection and clean up
Collect pavilion exhibits from 10am–11am, then join the 10am showgrounds clean up if you can help.
